The main competence of SMD is the injection and extrusion of different plastics and we are specialised in the decoration of polymers.
Extrusion
SMD production offers a variety of extrusion lines
including sheet extrusion, tube extrusion, edge banding, picture frame, profile handles & interior hardware.
More than 450 extrusion ready-moulds with state of the art design.
Injection
SMD production has a variety of injection machines, with clamping forces from 75 tons till 1.200 tons.
More than 950 ready-moulds with state of the art design.

We offer more than 2000 readymade colors, including technologies such as:

We produce our own raw material.
Producing elastic, rigid and foamed lead free PVC compound in powder or granules forms.

Manufacture in-house all our injection and extrusion molds as we have a very high tech. mold workshop, our tooling workshop is using the best global machinery brands ( CNC Machine Center , EDM , etc. like AGIE , OKUMA ) Which enables SMD to have fast response to customer requirements and Guarantees any individual designs .
Have unique Updated mold design engineers & tech.
Using biodegradable and for circular economy we are using recycled material , WPC (Wood PVC compound)
